MY BIRTHDAY IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!!

OH MY.. another year older..Jan 26th I will be 34. You would think I would have something wise to say... I have been told that the older you get the wiser you get.... I'm still waiting for that to happen...LOL

  If i was wiser i would have started my bindings and sleeves  and lables sooner!! So for the next few days that is all i will be doing...I HATE hand work... I much rather be drive my quilting machine... Natalie

This is for the Crazy Quilters quilt show in port st lucie, it has to
be turned in Jan. A good friend Laurie at itsaquiltthing.com digitized
this swag to fix my block. This is a fantastic feather swag!!well done

Tomatoe Jam (sweet and spicy)

3 pounds tomatoes chopped  I used 2pounds of

inexpensive tomatoes and 1 pound of cherry tomatoes

I think any tomatoes would work

1 or 3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 or 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

wash tomatoes

chop and put in lg  pot

stirring bring to boil for 5 min

simmer 30 min or more to thicken

let cool and store in frig. We enjoy ours with

Ritz crackers. Also good on toast or used like a chutney

with your choice of meat.
